FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential asphalt roofs will only take a day to complete. There are two big variables that determine how long a roof replacement may take. Number 1 is the material being used and number two is the size of the roof.
What warranties do you offer for a new roof installation?
Every roof we install automatically gets registered for the manufacture warranty for both labor & materials without any additional charge to the homeowner. On top of that, we give you our pledge which is unlike anything else around in the industry, which says we will take care of workmanship issues for the first 10 years if the manufacturer does not honor their warranty.
How do I know I need a roof replacement vs. a repair?
There is a lot to unpack here but the four top reasons are the following: 1. The extent of the repair, you may save money on materials but pay more on labor if it's a repair throughout the entire roof because it is more tedious. 2. Are your shingles still available? Not just the color and brand but the technology meaning the width, length, exposure, thickness and application are the same and compatible with your current shingles. 3. Age and condition of the shingles, sometimes when a roof hits a certain age the shingles become very brittle and break. 4. The workmanship of the previous install, if the previous installer didn’t install the roof properly then we would not want to take responsibility because oftentimes, the finger gets pointed to the last person who touches the roof.
What roofing materials do you offer and install?
We offer a wide variety of options from asphalt shingles, to designer asphalt shingles to synthetics that mimic the look of slate and cedar.
