How do I know I need a roof replacement vs. a repair?

Not just the color and brand but the technology meaning the width, length, exposure, thickness and application are the same and compatible with your current shingles. 3. Age and condition of the shingles, sometimes when a roof hits a certain age the shingles become very brittle and break. 4. The workmanship of the previous install, if the previous installer didn’t install the roof properly then we would not want to take responsibility because oftentimes, the finger gets pointed to the last person who touches the roof.
